Bring your pet to St. Boniface Church’s outdoor chapel at 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7 for the annual Blessing of the Animals, honoring Saint Francis of Assisi.
Contributions of pet food or money are appreciated and will benefit the Sarasota County Humane Society.
Refreshments for animals and owners will be provided by the Boniface Eco-Stewardship Team.
All animals appropriately leashed or caged are welcome. The church is located at 5615 Midnight Pass Rd.
