Each year the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce recognizes member businesses, community and business leaders, and volunteers for their outstanding achievements and contributions.
Chamber member businesses, customers and employees may submit nominations. Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged.
Completed nominations must be received no later than 5 p.m. Dec. 15. Use one form per nomination.
Nominees will be evaluated based upon the following criteria:
• Demonstration of excellence in business or profession
• Demonstration of chamber involvement
• Demonstration of community service
Awards will be presented at the chamber’s awards dinner Jan. 25 at Marina Jack.
