On their second visit to spectacular Siesta Beach this summer, 550 Pro, Amateur and Junior beach volleyball players participated in the “Dig The Beach Volleyball Series” tournament recently. The tournament involves a Pro Division, 8 Amateur Divisions, 3 Co-ed and 4 Junior Divisions. Thousands of dollars in prize money is awarded to top men’s and women’s Pro Division winners. Tournament Director, Diogo Sousa was hopeful the expected rain for the weekend might be delayed.
