The dollar bills stapled to the walls of the Siesta Key Oyster Bar are coming down and being sent to Hawaii.
The establishment, located at 5238 Ocean Blvd. in the Siesta Key Village, is donating until the end of August the money provided by the public to relief efforts supporting those impacted by the Maui wildfires.
If you no longer see your dollar bill on the wall, know that it’s headed for a good cause!
